Il Gransegreto si distingue per la sua finezza e unicit\u00e0. L\u2019affinamento avviene <\/em>in barriques di secondo passaggio custodite negli spazi riservati del Forte Airolo, ad <\/em>oltre 1300 metri di altitudineDas Gransegreto zeichnet sich durch seine Finesse und Einzigartigkeit aus. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Kraftvoller Festungswein gealtert im Stollen der Gransegreto.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Verbindung von Wein und Kultur wird immer auff\u00e4lliger, aber der Bezug zu einem milit\u00e4rischen Bauwerk wirkt doch sehr aussergew\u00f6hnlich. Die Firma Valsangiacomo in Chiasso hat eine Vereinbarung mit der Schweizer Armee getroffen, um einen Wein herzustellen, der mit der Festung Airolo zusammenh\u00e4ngt. Der neue Wein wird in der Tat in den Kellern des Forts in Eichenf\u00e4sser gealtert.<\/p>\n

Es sind keine eigentlichen Keller, sondern R\u00e4ume mit idealen klimatischen Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Weinlagerung. Rund zwanzig F\u00e4sser liegen bereits im Innern des Gotthards und sind von einem Stollensystem her zug\u00e4nglich, das Motto Bartola und Festung verbindet.<\/p>\n

Diese originelle Initiative wurde aus einer Reihe gl\u00fccklicher Umst\u00e4nde geboren. Erstens die Gelegenheit, zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort zu sein, und man hat dem damaligen Kommandant an die au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Eigenschaften des Forte Airolo f\u00fcr die Erhaltung und Verfeinerung eines guten Weins hingewiesen, und jene Lokale f\u00fcr die Weinalterung zu nutzen vorgeschlagen. Die Idee wurde sofort verstanden, gesch\u00e4tzt und unterst\u00fctzt, bis das Projekt realisiert wurde.<\/p>\n

Nachdem das Projekt dem Kommandanten detailliert vorgelegt worden war, wurde das Regionalkommando um einen geeigneten Platz in einem Keller gebeten. Es wurde dann ein Raum in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he des Fort zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt, der noch nicht zur zivilen Nutzung degradiert und daher „geheim“\u201c segreto\u201c war. Die Geheimhaltung des Ortes schlug die Idee f\u00fcr den Namen des Weins vor \u201e segreto\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsbedingungen wurden \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und die ersten 24 Barriques der zweiten Passage, gef\u00fcllt mit einem guten Merlot del Mendrisiotto, f\u00fcr die erste Produktion dieses Weines gelagert, mit der Idee, etwas anderes zu schaffen.<\/p>\n
